Members,

 

The physical ballot is scheduled to be mailed no later than June 12, 2026. You should receive an email shortly with a digital attachment.

 

Voting will take place during the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.

 

Members who choose to submit their ballots by mail, email, or hand delivery on the day of the meeting must do so by 9:00 a.m. No ballots will be accepted after this time.

 

As of this announcement, no Willingness to Serve applications were requested. As there are no additional nominees, an option for a write-in candidate has been included on the ballot. Any write-in nominee on the day of the election, will be required to complete a Willingness to Serve application, introduce themselves, and share why they would be a good fit for the position. 

 

Additionally, calls for nomination will be allowed from the floor. Candidates who are not present by 9:15 a.m. will forfeit their opportunity to present, and the process will proceed accordingly.

 

Immediately following candidate introductions, votes will be collected, counted, and the results will be announced. The Monthly Board of Directors Meeting will take place immediately afterward.
